Sillans Cascade: a 42m waterfall in the heart of Provence
The Cascade de Sillans is the highest waterfall in the Var, it is an essential site in Provence and the main tourist attraction of the village of Sillans-la-Cascade.
Turquoise water for swimming
Take the path along the River Bresque and swim downstream from this succession of waterfalls. Head for the village of Salernes, where "La Baignade de la Muie" awaits you. This unsupervised natural swimming pool offers you the chance to take a refreshing dip. Stroll through this natural environment where time seems to stand still.

Sillans Cascade
This magnificent Sillans waterfall is nestled amidst lush greenery not far from the Verdon Natural Park and about twenty minutes from the Lac de Sainte-Croix. Leave your car in the car park, enter the forest and take the shady path, which after a 25-minute walk will take you to the panoramic viewpoint. Take your time to enjoy the scenery, which combines a turquoise lagoon with abundant vegetation.
